This cue belongs to an older gentleman from the pool hall I frequent. It's in need of some TLC in the form of a refinish...but she's still a beautiful cue. Cue is available for sale. Send a PM if you have interest in it. All white in the cue is ivory, save for the butt sleeve, which is delrin. Ivory joint, 6 ivory dash rings, 3 mother of pearl dot rings...mother of pearl notched diamonds...the works.
Enjoy the pictures.

I've heard varying opinions on that. I've been told by a couple that refinishing the cue wouldn't necessitate the removal of the signature.

refinishing that cue would ne a big mistake, its not in real bad condition. the patina of time on it makes it more appealing anyways

Coming from you Eric, that's a lot to take into consideration. I don't have a lot of experience with cues of this kind of classic nature. It had never occurred to me that there would be a certain appeal to this kind of wear. But you are correct...as I was taking pictures at the pool hall...the first thing that came to mind was that...with all things considered...the cue is indeed in damn fine condition. Outside of some of the wear in the finish, the bluing of the shafts, etc...it's straight as an arrow together and apart...and hits like a champ.
