i have bought both vp3 and vp4 in the last week. i bought vp3 frist and it would not let me log in it asked for my serial number and when i entered the 1 from there email it said it was invalid so i contacted customer service though a email cause it is the only option and by the next day it was fixed no biggie so after i played vp3 for a few days i decided to buy vp4 did the same thing will not let me log in so i sent them a email yesterday and still no response matter of fact i sent around 4 emails and nothing WTF am i the only 1 who had this problem? if your going to run a site/game like this you should have a number for your customers to contact you for support like sony . they very second i clicked the buy button the $$ was takin out of my account but here it is the next day and i still havent played it once :angry: IF THIS DOES NOY GET RESOLVED SOON I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FORM CELERIS AGAIN
 
Celeris just released vp4 on August 15th and there were some people having a variety of issues and for some people the game worked fine. It was normally taking almost a day to reply to my issues and I would try there solution and after a few days it all worked out. They seem to be very busy with the release and I get the feeling they are not a Sony size corporation by any means. If you were to post of their facebook page they are usually quick to answer and whoever runs the facebook page will make sure your issue is addressed quickly.

Have you checked your spam folder in your email program?
 
We did have a server issue that prevented registration. It should work now.
Virtual Pool 4 had some issues on some computers. An update has been posted.
If you are still having problems, email me at vp4@celeris.com
To get the patch just start VP4, select Check for Update off the Main Menu.
