I appreciate you letting us know about the funeral arrangements. We are going to call the funeral home today and find out if we can wire a donation for the funeral expenses.

If I were a rich person, I would gladly pay for it all, but I can certainly make a $100 donation and hope that others who remember Wade Crane so fondly can find it in their hearts to give a small donation. If every person who posted their memories about Wade Crane on this forum donated $5 each, it would be enough to cover the entire cost. I do hope the pool community comes together and follows through.

Also, there is a Guest Book on the above-referenced link that folks can sign. We signed it last night, but it has not appeared yet, as they have to be reviewed before being published.

Wade Crane will be memorialized and honored this year at the One-Pocket Hall of Fame, as he has won the Lifetime Pool in Action Award. The article is currently on the Main Page here: OnePocket.org

In lieu of flowers, family is requesting help with Wade's last expenses. The funeral home has requested a family member take over, since the body has not been released to the funeral home.
Kay Nuchols, is Wade's sister she will be the person handling the arrangements, an account has been set up in her name for her to deposit the money and use it for his expenses.
Please write checks or money orders to
Kay Nuchols and PLEASE on the reference line on the check for write : Wade Crane's memorial or last expenses.

Thanks so much for the update, and I am so sorry for your loss.

Should we wait until UT Hospital in Tennessee gives the okay for the funeral home in Robbinsville to move forward before we send monies?

We are definitely going to send a check, and I know a couple others on this forum also expressed a desire to send monies to help with the expenses as well. I will be happy to send my check now to your mom to hold onto, if this is preferred
