Want Hard white maple dowels

Hi all

Where can I buy about 20-30 pieces of best quality hard white maple in size 1 1/4" x 48" and 1 1/4" x 59"

Thank you for your reply, Yeah! I know, but most of them DON"T take small quantities order
I need
30 dowels of hard maple 1-1/4 x 59"
30 dowels of hard maple 1-1/4 x 52"
30 dowels of hard maple 1-1/4 x 48"

Select & Better or even FAS grade 4S4, straight grain, quarter sawn is much preferred .

Pls PM me if you have offer for what I want or direct me where can I buy them

Good luck here, these are not sizes common to pool cue making.
 
Have you considered putting a 4 prong splice between two shorter lengths of dowel to achieve your desired length? There is some good information on that around here...

Seriously though, can I ask what your plans for the 4'-5' long dowels of that grade are? Free bump anyway, hope someone is able to help you out.
 
High Quality Hardwood Maple or most any other species

I Can get you High Quality Hardwood Maple if you are still looking for it. I have bee a lumber broker for 29 years. I deal in larger truckload quantities, but enjoy sourcing smaller quantities for hobbyists and Wood workers. I get great satisfaction being able to use my many years of experience and knowledge to help serious enthusiast get the product they really desire without having to pay an arm and a leg for it! Although I do know a sharp shooter with only one arm, this really isn't necessary step to take. Any time I can help let me know. I have a lot of connections with quality manufactures of Billets, Dowels, exotics, as well as I find a lot of pretty interesting overstock and salvage deals. Due to my long term reputation I can do small quantities in most cases. Currently I have Some beautiful clear Brazilian Maple squares that are 1 1/16" x 1 1/16" x 24" and 30". This stuff is awesome it is tight grain and turns very well. Or I could turn them into clear 1" dowels 24" or 30" or trim them if anyone is interested. I have a ton of shorter Clear hardwoods in many species. If I can help let me know. Cheers!
