not sure of the maker, was sold with a bunch of high end cues, both shafts are straight, one does not roll perfect when put on the butt though, hard rubber bumper is chewed up. was sold as a precision cue to me but I can't confirm that, hits and plays great. Wrap is sealed like a meucci.

Dave; Good Morning. Bob Frey left in 1984 to go into the Home Inprovement business. Most of the Tim Scruggs Sneaky Petes were finished in Tim's shop by a helper named Jeff Wolf. JP
