WANTED - 5/16-18 piloted shaft

I'm looking for a used 5/16-18 piloted shaft that will fit a Palmer cue. I would like to find a shaft which is 12.8mm to 13mm; linen based ferrule preferred; tip is not important.

An older straight grained shaft would be perfect

I'm really fishing for an older 5/16-18 piloted shaft that somebody might have lying around. It needs to be approx. 13/16 of an inch across at the joint; black collars would be great (maple stitching a double bonus); a linen based ferrule preferred; 12.8mm to 13mm -- but would like the shaft to have a little flex!?
