UPDATE Dec, 2020:
Since this post, I came across Jacoby's 128 layer Ultra shaft.
WOAH! I'm impressed enough to hold off looking for anything else right now.
It's a 11.75, still with the Tiger tip but will be changing it soon. It's a little too soft for my taste.
'IF' I find that I like the Ultra 12.75 shaft more, I'll more than likely sell the Ultra Super Pro 11.75 shaft.

5/16 x 18 Pie Shaft (like OB) flat face.
I have the means to lathe it down flat.
Ferrule can be damaged or gone, NO cracked shafts.

30" would be GREAT but 29" is fine.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.. .. ..
I broke down and saved up enough to buy a #2 Jacoby Ultra shaft. Has 1 sugar mark, I want performance over looks.
I tried the 64 pie shaft then the 128... what a difference.
Only drawback is it's consistent in all positions, tho I do miss the Stiff & Soft grains for different shots.

Hello sir. Not sure if u r still looking or if this is of interest but I have a new condition Jacoby Edge Hybrid shaft for a flat faced 5/16×18 pin. It's 29.5" , 12.4mm with long pro taper with a new G2 medium tip. Shaft was done by Scott Erwin. Collar is a thick maple ring with a skinny black phenolic ring above and below. I can send pics if interested. I also have a test hit cynergy 12.5mm for 5/16×18 joint that I can give you a nice deal on if you are interested. Thanks and good luck.
