WANTED: 50x100 Diamond Box Light

I built my own. I made mine a bit smaller than the diamond or gold crown ones, but still only cost me about $50.

Do you have any pics or specs on the light you built? I'm putting a GC2 in this weekend and I was planning on building a light as well.
 
it's just a box

Hi,
I was very lucky to find one of the large Diamond lights used for short money about 4 years ago. It was the first one I had ever seen in person. I disassembled it to take it home .... The revelation>> [with slap to the forehead and some Homer Simpson wisdom] >> it's a box, albeit a somewhat fancy box.! If you can look at one critically for a few minutes and you know your way around a table saw, it shouldn't be too challenging. The quality of the light is terrific. The biggest cost may be those grid diffusers [4@ 2'x4'].
Diamond uses those mirror finish ones, I think they're pricey. If you're on a budget, the white ones may do the trick. My point of view:
buy one; or make one, simple or fancy.
