I was wondering if having to register specifically as a buy/seller on the Wanted/For Sale Forum would be feasible in creating a safer market environment. This may include submitting proof of identity documents like what paypal does. Imo, a part of the uneasy nature of conducting on line transactions is the anonymity, or potential for it.
Logistically and legally I'm sure it would be a headache for the the mods and whomever the webmaster is.
