I have a couple left around with nickel silver rings. I believe one needs a new ferrrule, but I have to look to be sure.

I have one Gus Szamboti shaft that I could sell. It is approx 12.5mm and has the maple stich ring at the joint and I've been told has a cracked ivory farrel. PM me if you are interested.

I need two original Gus shafts with the silver rings for my everyday Szamboti. Can you give me price and condition please? I have one extra Gus shaft with the maple stich rings.

My buddy's Gus has 4 shafts, 2 are unplayed. I doubt that he will split them up, but I'll ask for ya.
 
I'm just curious. What does a Szamboti shaft go for? How can one truly authenticate that it is a Szamboti?
 
Have you tried Kerry Zyler (Zylr Cues)?

He got all of the shafts that Best Billiards in L.A. had after they burnt down and they had the largest hi-end collection that existed on earth of cues and shafts. Last time I was there they had drawer after drawer of any kind of shaft you could imagine.
