WANTED PROPER Model B--1 piece bar cue roller extension

The only thing I have is the foot pedal. Don't know how to test it because I don't have anything that the plug fits. I forgot to add the picture I took with the last post.

I believe Mr. Porper used two different style foot pedals so I was told. Different plugs.

These are the parts I'm looking for...i have the whole unit but most that could come off it went missing..mainly need the tool block and I found the bearing, I think on meullers..thanks for responding...do you have any of these??...
Tool block, foot control, back extension with guide, tray for linen and router mount(with or without router)
