If so it is not for sale!
Sorry

Nick,
We had two identical. The one shown was a 61" cue and it was it great condition. The second was a little played and it was also real nice. I almost bought it then.

Joe, you don't mean this cue ?? We sold one of Scott's a while ago with the same set-up, just silver trim rings.

JV.... if possible i will take a picture tomorrow of a Gus Szamboti cue very very similar to the 1 you are looking for. Only this 1 does not have a leather wrap. a friend has it and he is the original owner and still has the paper work and box that it was shipped to him in by gus....he also has an original paradise cue that i posted pictures of a while ago.... can you tell me what the szamboti with original wrap is worth,,, just curious.....................mike

I'm guessing Andy G. left Robin his old Szam?

Andy used to let me hit balls with that cue, and it is super nice if the same one. Andy ordered it new from Gus with 4 shafts (if I remember the story correctly). He told me he only ever used two of the shafts if I remember correct. The other two were stored in the original box Gus shipped the cue in. At the time I recognized the pride in ownership when Andy told me about this cue, but unfortunately I didn't know much about Szamboti cues....so it didn't mean as much to hit balls with that cue as it would now.

Mike,
Cool, look forward to the pics. The Szamboti if its a plain four point cue with veneers is around 4500-6500 IMHO. There are more desirable color variations than others. In my case, the double black, mahoganny isn't the most popular color variation. For example, I think the black/red/black white and the black, green, blue, white might be at the top of the list. The box and provenance add quite a bit of value.

Well I need to match, thats the requirement. :)

If I just wanted one for the sake of having one, thats a different story. I want to have the twin to the cue I own. So it's not a matter of wanting or needing, I'll call it matching. :)
