I have a machinest vice. Hammers work great. Just a couple smacks and done.

I made an inquiry to the European Site that has the snooker press,

that has the finished domed recess.

They got back to me and stated that they do have a Pool Tip Size available to order that covers up to 14mm tips.

He asked me if I wanted one he would put in his next order to bring in 1 or 2 of the pool tip 'larger sized' capacity.

If you do want the one that has the more finished dome in the press, go to the website that was listed and send a message to the owner and he can order one for you.

Good luck and if someone does get one, please let us know if the Laminated Tips, work in the press, or if the twisting movement, does any damage to the tip when pressed.

I am not worried about the single layer tips.

I would just have a machine shop make me a domed cavity for 14mm tips. The twisting on that 'screw-together' one looks pretty scary. I would put a domed piece of metal over the tip and use my bench vise.
 
I would have a local machinist to make you one a tad more robust. I would include having two inserts (Dome) 14MM that are the radius of a nickel and dime, just to have on hand. But it will cost you more due to the Stainless steel and the time of labor. Although I like the idea of this especially on the leather layered tips. It will change the playability of a medium tip to play more like a hard tip, plus less maintenance. I may make one myself… nice post.
