FYI, I am completely unimpressed with Unique's customer service even after buying the products directly from them and brand new. I guess $10,000 isn't what it used to be . . . Other's experiences may vary, but that's my .02.

I agree with you on Uniques Customer service.. They never answer the phone..I was interested in a piece of their equipment, but couldnt reach them on the phone, so i settled on a new grizzly lathe..I will just have to make due.
