**WARNING:This thread is strictly for those that gamble pt.3**

This is my third and final chapter .This one is for the One pocket players.

How do you feel about sleepers?

A lot of guys don't like to play sleepers ,but I do.I think you are responsible for your own fouls and like the old saying goes"you snooze, you lose"..Also,I've seen many cases where a ball is slept and then remembered in a crucial stage of the game. Then it's a problem because the two guys are debating whether or not the ball should be spotted(sometimes 2 and 3 innings later) .

That's why I play sleepers...You forgot my foul?..After your own inning? Tough!..

I've seen guys snooze on the coin! Now how stupid is that?! They deserve to get beat IMO.

Good shooting

Anyone that feels they have to cheat to win...I dont want to play them anyway. If they get me once shame on them, if they get me twice shame on ME!

I may be in the minority on this one....but I think that as long as you have a marker on your pocket, I can ask you to spot your ball after any inning that I wish. It is your responsibility to spot the ball whenever you get one that you owe. If you forget and I dont say anything, that is your fault and you shouldnt be mad if I tell you to spot it later...you owe it, so spot it up.

If my opponent forgets to spot up a ball and it helps me...GREAT. If my opponent forgets and I ask him to spot it up later where it hurts him/helps me....GREAT.

Hey, you shouldn't have fouled and you should have paid better attention.

Dishonest...absolutely not...it is YOUR responsibility to keep up with your fouls and my OPTION! I truly believe that. You are being punished for fouling.

This is just my opinion and I do understand the arguement on the other side of the fence...I just prefer this side of it.

Good point and a good way to resolve any confusion.

If you play me, we'd iron that out before we begin.

I like that attitude. Like most rules, I don't really care too much one way or the other as long as everybody is on the same page BEFORE we start playing.
