Warning To Cue Dealers! Meucci Scammed My Business

I had a friend who bought a Meucci back in 1989 and after a couple of months the inlays were all sticking out WAY above the butt wood. I remember running my fingers over that cue and thinking that a blind man could easily tell exactly what design it was. It was a joke! I have never seen extreme shrinkage like that. Even the Philippino cuemakers would have laughed at that cue.

I have also known about their "customer service" since around that time. Almost bought one, but got smart just in time.

Not related to their customer service but when I went to Valley Forge 2004 and put my dead straight Tascarella sneaky pete made in 1981 on their delection measuring robot..... it deflected more than a broomstick????? Which lead me to my current feeling on deflection... who cares as long as you are used to what you play with.

AMEN TO THAT!! me and some friends put a few paul motteys in it and they deflected really bad too.. and you know what they are a few cues that i could swear on my heart and soul play JAM UP...

one reason why meucci cues dont throw the ball like others do, which meucci says is their power piston technology.. sure.. if you want a cue with an entire plastic covered forearm.. over who knows what kind of CRAP wood..

and even Bob meucci didnt go to valley forge in 06... the used to have a huge booth on the main floor.. now they ended up in the downstairs.. and he didnt even go.. he sent some old guy with nothing but SECONDS.. and they wanted alot of money for them... lol.. it pains me to tell customers that i wont order any meucci's anymore because of not knowing what will come.. its better not to sell the cue then to recieved something you cannot sell because trying to get it replaced and whatnot is more trouble then its worth.. and then to have a customer waiting on you like its your fault.. i always tell them the best inexpensive cue is a joss.. and even once and awhile you get some quality control issues with them.. i have had a couple with messed up wraps.. but thats another story..

Meucci! time to pay up, certified letters , attorney general complaint, dont steal from your own dealer, meucci has made no attempt to rectify the 1600.00 balance that they ilegally are keeping. Any lawyers on the site that want to pursue these people? anyone live out by the meucci plant that wants to get involved?
