Warped cue

Can you post some details about the cue? That might help the cue makers assess the best route, if any, to take when fixing this problem.
 
I'm not quite sure what you mean by warped at the joint. If you mean that when taken apart the shaft and the butt roll ok, then yes it is usually a fairly easy fix. You need to face the joint.

If there is a warp in either the butt or shaft near the joint then this is a different matter. It may be fixable but usually is fairly expensive.
