We then made a later transaction, the cue was lost in shipment and the OP was told as soon as I get back in town on wed 12-17 he will be fully refunded.

You did not tell me i will be fully refunded... up till now i have not recieved any emails or replys from you

Like i said before if i have even recieved a reply from you i would not have been so anxious to even come on AZ to post.. think of it after waiting for so long and patiently for esp your replies which u usually take more then 3 days to reply usually and i did not mind as i understood you are mostly out of town. I wouldn't have come up to here to say all these if i just received a email stating everything else u said here. The very last email i received from you is:

I think most of us have been thru bad transactions and I'd love for AZB to put in place a better way for us to know who we're dealing with. With the way things have gone lately I'd be tempted to use an escrow service on anything I felt the slightest discomfort about.

Lets tone things down... I've just received your forwarded msg and i only have that.. your others i do not have.. and i speak the truth.. it is meaningless for me to lie about such.. and since things have come to this state ill be awaiting for Wednesday then.
 
Rude ? Sure. You represented one thing and sent another. You said LD, it wasn't LD. When I called you on it, you blamed the kid you got it from. You said good shape, it was dented all over the place and took me considerable time to get it back into playing condition. So, remind me why the heck are you in trouble again ?

The real problem is that some AZ'ers love to trade and generally, that's not a problem. But if you are going to sell something, you owe it to the person who is buying it to stand behind what you are selling AND the representations of the item you are selling. If there is a misunderstanding, it is the seller who is responsible, not the buyer! Certainly, buyers should make it up to sellers for any damages, shipping, etc. where proper, but this unofficial policy that some sellers enforce of "You bought it, now its yours" is simply not doing anyone any good. The rights of a buyer here should not be any less than those they have at retail, in which a return policy is protected by law.

It absolutely was a LS shaft as described, the only thing the kid was blamed for was changing the tip, if you could call that blame. Interesting that 10 months later you claimed it was all dented up when you received it yet this is the first I hard of it, the only ridiculous gripe you had was that it had a triangle tip which in your words meant (no way it can be a LS shaft) you were offered your money back and said you liked the shaft so which is it, you were lying then or now?
