Could be ...

When you Upload something normally to put on the internet,
you usually have to use like an FTP protocol. Could be they
have not set it to be downloaded (viewed) with Http protocol.

And make sure you have the latest version of the Windows Media
player.

I tried to view this also and it said after I pay the fee of $14.95 I can view for free.. Hmmm. If you give me money I will give you something for free?? Is that free??
