I don’t think my comment on here defines the bar for the sport? Or even where my personal bar for the sport is set? Seems like over generalization.
It's crude, but that's part of its "charm" - I don't find it offensive or demeaning to the sport. Different strokes, I guess...Well, obviously, one person using a slang term one time here certainly would not be the determining factor in lowering the bar in the entire sport, so you don't need to feel that this is all about you. Bob wrote that it's been used multiple times in the forum. My response to that is that frequency of use should not be a determining factor as to whether it becomes an acceptable term.
