What can we learn from them to benefit our game?

Do they make their living competing or hustling?
 
What we can learn:

From watching Trick Shot magic and Stefano Pelingra, I've learned that a cueball can be used to pop a balloon!

Can't learn much. Many of their shots are accomplished with highly specialized cues...for masse shots etc.

But one thing you can learn from Mike Massey is that your draw stroke sucks! (-:

I did notice that they elevate their cue on the draw rather than keeping it level. Which technique shall I emphasize?
