I'm not an os commerce expert, but I'm familiar with it and I know that www.cartue.com specializes in this for 20 bucks an hour. Some guy submitted a bid for 50 bucks though, that's hard to top and really almost too low for any custom designed web work.

I know a guy who has a deal set up to let you do it yourself and have help, too! He's got a great thing going and it's not terribly expensive. You can update whenever you need to, not when the webmaster finally gets around to it. (He offers full or partial service, too!) Check it out!
