websites and links for others

I am looking to get a list of websites for are fellow AZERS to look up when they are looking on the web. Also i woluld like to start links with other web sites.
I am not sure how to make this a sticky, can anybody help with that?

Here's a link to my resource page. There are directions there for exchanging links. Some people won't swap links with people they consider competition - that doesn't bother me. :)
 
administrator help for a sticky

I do not find it to be competition and i would love to see others linking together to help each other out. Thanx, Ron
