Weight Bolt

Does anyone have a source for lightweight weight bolts that have a screw hole to hold the bumper? I need 1/2oz or lighter 3/8x16 bolt. Does anyone make these in plastic or nylon?

Nylon screw

This company makes nylon screws, though you will have to drill and tap the center hole yourself.
