Durable, accurate, and can weigh pounds, ounces, and grams...table top or counter top scale, highly recommended and worth the extra bread IMHO... Escali

I have a triple beam I have had for like 30 years but I recently got one of those postal scales that weighs up to 55lb's at a garage sale for a few bucks. It is not something I would probably go out and buy retail but it is surprisingly accurate. You want one that will read in grams and use the conversion of dividing by 28.35 to get ounces. You should be able to find something in the $50.00 range
