Well, now I've went and done it.

I just went out to the shop and turned my temp up a deg. Also looked at that epoxy to see if it was cloudy. Sure enough the resin is totally cloudy for about 4/5 ths the way up.
I've ordered a bunch of stuff for cue work, and my woodturning this last couple weeks.
Some came today, not what I am waiting for to fix that shaft, but one of the boxes of woodturning stuff had a bunch of wood for possible cue builds. Wife just rolled her eyes.
It's a whiteout here right now, maybe I'll do some woodturning thisaft, haven't done any of that for probably 6 months.

I got the chance to get out in my shop this afternoon and took a look at a new unopened bottle of epoxy. The new one's not cloudy at all so it's possible my other one's getting a little old. I do find setting them in some warm water does help them flow easier out of the bottle, and mix.

I use T-88 and it is a 24 hr cure time. It works VERY well, not cheap but worth it.

Will t-88 work in other areas, I'd just hate to buy it for one repair and then not have another use for it?

Can t-88 be used in other areas? I'd hate to buy it for only a reapair on a cf cue shaft since i don't build them., They are not in demand anymore., since most already have one.
