West Coast Tourney

Just adding my 2 cents because a lot of people don't know about Lincoln City because this is the first time opening this tourney up to anyone.

First off, let me say, I don't have anything to do with the tourney or the Western BCA, but I know what its like to see a tourney and wonder what the location is like and equipment is like to see if its even worth going to.

The tournament is held during the Western BCA regional nine ball event which draws a huge amount of players of all skill levels.I think there was like 1100 entries at there last event. Its a fun time for all and doesn't really feel over crowded.

Bad Boy Productions brings in over 200 diamond tables and they play great as usual. No coins or tokens, basically pay the green fee for your event and play as much as you want.

Hotel and lodging? Most players treat the WBCA regional tournament as a vacation and come down as a group and rent vacation homes which is way cheaper than hotel for the week. My suggestion is that if your thinking about coming to the event, check out houses for rent or check out your friends list on facebook and see if any of your friends are going and already have a house rented. Maybe you can see if you can chip in a little for the two or three days your going to be there and crash at there place.

Food expenses, casino isn't extremely over priced and there is lots of restaurants and fast food places within a very short driving distance and a couple within walking distance.

Hope this helps and if you go, have fun.

Don't forget to mention..

There's a side room across from the main hall that has 6 or 8 tables. Even after the main room closes(1 or 2am), that room remains open. You can usually find something going on in there. Even a schmuck like me can find a bully or two to take my money.
