As for the ASBESTOS question I have been told both yes and no... I have a sample sent out for laboratory testing and will know for sure soon... for the time being I am saying YES just for liability reasons!!! As well as personal health I machined it as if it was and suggest that anyone working it does the same even if it's not asbestos! Anyone with better history on this material than I can... feel free to chime in!

Update... Results will be in Wednesday night or Thursday! Again I am leaning towards NO asbestos but only the test will tell for sure... at least it better for 300 bucks! Maybe the Electron Microscopy they talk about means look at it through the Hubble Telescope?

Test results are back and as I suspected there are NO asbestos
