Whale bone?? Can I use it?

I searched for information and didn't get all my questions answered.

What do you think of using Whale bone in a cue. Is it legal? Can it be shipped over seas?

I'd appreciate any info you have on these questions.

Sperm Whale Bone

I had someone suggest sperm whale bone to me in a cue being shipped from outside the U.S. into the U.S.

I checked the fish and wildlife website and determine this was not allowed.
