If they sponsor an event, shouldn't they be potentially liable for something for using their name in its promotion? At least, shouldn't they be able to apply pressure on KT to pay up, even if he used funds from his other ventures?

Maybe that pool playing attornery in Seattle should take on this case for the pool players?

Obviously, the casino didn't put the package together and aren't responsible; but, I can't help but think other casinos will first want to see the money before allowing others similar events.
