What are the mother drills?

Are these the same shots that are in Bert Kinister's 60 minute workout for 9 ball? Or in Bob henning's Pro book?

No. It's from the SPF (set pause finish) group of instructors. I have a ditto sheet of them when I had a lesson from one about 25 years ago. They were something like the cb rolling back to your tip, and a few others I long forgot.

jimstone,
Unless you are a beginner I don't believe the Mother Drills would do you any good. Some on here thought they might be worthwhile. Others on here thought they were - I'll be kind here - less than helpful.

As iusedtoberich said, alot of it is rolling balls down the table. And let me add that when I showed two of the all time greats the Mother Drills they really didn't think much of them.

Agree it's from Randy and Scott as I recall. Might have something to do with stroke speed, 1-2-3-4-5 maybe and using the diamonds on the table for distances.
