What are the odds …

This is a quirky little stat, but it caught my eye. This year at the DCC, Fedor Gorst won five matches in a row — on the Accu-Stats TV table, and only counting that one table — by a margin of 3 - 0. He beat SVB, Sky, Sky, Scott, and … well, I don’t remember who the fifth victim was.

(He also lost a banks match to Sky on an outer table during this run. And, back on the TV table, barely edged out Brandon Shuff after losing the first two games of one-pocket.)

But … five shutouts in a row. I doubt, but don’t really know, that it’s ever been done before at the Derby.

almost 100 percent certain to happen. thats what people do not understand about probabilities.

you cant look back on an event and look in awe at what happened. as events in life happen over and over and some will always happen with someone saying what was the chances of that.

ask what the chances of a particular event happening exactly a certain way, and no variations of it before it starts.
