What are your thoughts about this lathe?

Hey Guys!

There's a Grizzly G9249 for sale on CL here:

What are your thoughts on this guy?
I know the 36-37" center-to-center lathes are considered just barely big enough. Grizzly's spec sheet says it has a spindle hole of 1.57" which is a plus.

Obviously, nothing about the ways can be determined from these pictures. But if they seemed in good shape, what would you think?
On the one hand, I figure every CM/CT in the area watches CL, but if not and someone grabs it, at least I paid it forward. But at the asking price, it seems like a good deal.

I have one just like it but only use it for coring and threading, only because i can't get it in the basement ha ha, does a great job though.
