I remember the thread, "AZB sending players to the U.S. open". Did this ever happen. The last list of players I seen was this:
TheOne
vapoolplayer
Jimmy M.
Black balled
Jude Rosenstock
Dead-Poked
Keith McCready

What AZB members are playing in the U.S. open and can we connect real names with the screen names so we can follow them in the online brackets on AZB.

Walter Koch is the AZB'er that was sponsored... aka Black Balled. Shawn Putnam, Charlie Bryant, Keith McCready, Corey Harper (CrownCityCorey), Craig Riley (The One), Tony Crosby (Tonyc), Nick Prinsloo (prinsnick), Brandon Shuff (ugotaction)... That's all that I know of.

Voytek Partika, A.K.A., BAZARUS, is also playing again this year. He was my roommate at last years open. And he beat Danny Medina on the winners side last year after being behind 3 or 4 games.

Oscar Dominguez who posts on AZ as MexPoolPlyr is at the Open. In case you are not familiar with him, he is Ernesto's son. He has been playing seriously for about 3 years and is now a strong A player. He has knocked off a lot of pros in tournaments but after winning his first match he now has to play Niels Feijen which will be a very tough match for him.

Hi,

12squared is Dave Gross. He is a very good player from Colorado. He won his first match 11-0. Not a bad start.

Regards,

Doug

Oh hey, he played Rob! Do you happen to know what the score was for the match between them?

How can you forget the action man himself SouthDakotaKid aka Shane Van Boening. He will upset Keith in round 2, hopefully... not that I'm rooting against Keith, just for Shane :p
