So I'm looking at the predator revo 20th anniversary that's like 3000 bucks and I was wondering what can 3 grand get you as an alternative such as custom cues etc?

Take a look at the Predator Road line series. Couple that with a REVO shaft and you'll have about as good as it gets. The radial joint is super solid. Think of resale when you buy a cue (or anything really). I had a Predator LE-11 which retailed for about $1600 but all I could get for it used was $800.
