When you just feel really slow and sluggish, your arm feels too tight, your balance is way off, and every time you take a practice stroke, you feel your body rocking side to side? I get like this once or twice a week. I used to think it was attributed to diet, but I'm not so sure anymore. I don't smoke anymore and I eat pretty healthy, but these days still come and go. Anyone else get like this? What do you think causes it?
