what cloth for 7 ft valley

I have an older 7 ft valley. I want you replace the felt at some point. I'm leaning towards simonis bc my league bar has it and it plays faster. I'm not sure which type simonis. I like med fast but not Glass. Also isn't this a good time to upgrade rails? If so which ones and why?

If I were to get new cloth on my Valley I would choose between Simonis 860HR and Mercury Ultra. I have played in tournaments on 7 ft Valley tables with Championship Mercury ultra and they play nice and fast. Cheaper than Simonis. Rails I would get the Ridgeback rails.
 
cant go wrong with Simonis 860. I love mine, plays beautiful on my 9ft gold crown.
