well, after about 2 weeks of no computer...(lightning victim).....I just got back up and running with my KILLER new laptop. this thing is amazing I went thru Internet withdraw, and it wasn't pretty. It's amazing how dependant I am on this thing now. Luckily i didn't lose too much info, and most stuff was backed up. All the Biz info was saved by some miracle!

So, did I miss anything good?....

I was 'down' about a month, so I am just catching up myself. Solly (Solartje) and I have been blazing the PM trail to get caught up with each other. Luckily, I was able to get a few names in the CB XBreaker name
contest. I have been adding my .02 cents around the last couple of days, and I am really getting excited about the IPT event coming up in Vegas.
I would like to convince someone to run the odds on all the players for the Vegas event. Someone needs to do some good overall stats for the event.
BTW, I got an Emachine (Gateway) 3.2 Gig machine with 100 Gig HD, and goodies, kept my 17" Compaq monitor. I am having some problems with loading software since I went from '98 to Windows XP though.

yea man!...i went the laptop way. I got an HP Pavilion with 100 gig drive, xp media center, 1024ddr, burners, altec lansing sound, and about a million plugs/ports, and fun junk to keep my attention.

I'm gonna fix my other machine to be a network/backup unit...

pretty soon we will just plug a cord into our head and be online full time!!!

I don't know that I'll end up in FL (northern FL close to the GA line wouldn't be too bad) but I guaran-damn-tee ya that once I get outta PA my fat a$$ ain't moving back to it!

never say never Timb!...I moved here (near Daytona)...moved back to flip 2 pieces of real estate...then came back to this area....I dunno, I just can't get used to 92deg, 100% humidity for 6 months a year. not to mention the "H" word....hurricane!

I just still call PA home, and all my lifelong friends are there. Maybe I'll move back and open an old school pool room......obviously NOT competing with my man Micky from D&D Family billiards!

Dude, I'm definitely saying never! I'm a southern girl... it's too darn cold up here & the heat doesn't bother me at all... I went from SC to TX where I remember us having 15 days in a row where the heat was in the triple digits and of course the humidity was at pretty much a 100%.

I haven't been to Micky's pool room but so far to date, I haven't found a pool room yet that's come close to what I was used to before I moved to PA..... There are some great people up here and I've made some lifelong friends but I hope I'm not making a lifelong living up here...
