No disrespect intended and I think the skills required to do your drills are obviously very necessary.
But I don't like artificial targets. I think they actually do help the brain direct projectiles toward them...as in archery...pistol shooting.
I prefer to use diamonds of distance... friction spots on the cloth etc. because that's all you're going to get in a match.
The white binder reinforcers are fine to set the shots up exactly each time but I don't care for the paper or the circles. Having said that, I realize that such targets have been used by players/instructors forever.
I just prefer to use naturally occuring targets.
