What do you, the good people of AZB, think of my new Avatar? After careful thought I commissioned the Marketing and Design department of Steamer Cue Sports Ltd. asking them to come up with a new Avatar to replace the old black and white, which admittedly had become somewhat outdated. I wanted something more current yet still able to retain much of that 1940's romanticism associated with unscheduled sea travel. I also thought that adding a splash of color couldn't hurt anything either.
True to form, Wally Overholtzer, our head of M and D presented the final rendering on time and on budget, and when I saw it I knew we had a winner.
I hope you like it to.

Not much. As you can see She's got a harbor tender alongside scraping off a little rust. There is a 1920's era snooker table in the crew's lounge but it is not self-leveling. Come to think of it, the old girl herself isn't self-leveling either. One of her bilge pumps is out. :wink:

Yeah, I know Ahab. He plays a whale of a game of One Pocket. I matched up with him once in Kingston, and he gave me the hit and a pick for fifty a game. Contrary to what that Ishmael fellow says about him, he's a pretty stand-up guy.
