What do you want in your cue that can't be done?

I would like to be able to go to a cuemakers shop or be sent a handful of shafts to try. I would like to see like 5 tapers of a 13mm shaft and pick the taper which hits the way I like. Then I would like to try like 5 tips in a short period of time and try them. I think that would really improve the custom experience, but wow, would that add effort to the process!

I like the idea of having different tapers available for testing. As for tips, I think most of us have tried different tips, and probably have a pretty good idea which one(s) suit us best.
