I believe that would be a true Sneaky Pete.

The technical name is conversion. The cue was made by converting a one piece house cue into a 2 piece.
If no collars was added to the joint, the butt was pinned and shaft portion drilled and tapped, with no other modifications made, then it is a true sneaky pete. If collars were added, a butt cap, some would still call it a sneaky pete, but it isn't in the strictest sense of the word.
