what is this cue?? help please

This is a McWorter design..but alot Phillipine cuemaker makes also this the design..like Joel Dadivas
don't think this is a McWorter cue...my opinion is that this cue is Phillipine make...

Definitely not a McWorter, but a copy of his design for sure. Sad that someone would even attempt to recreate any of his work.
