What is this cue

Can you guys help me determine what type of cue this is. It seems to be a custom cue. The reason i say that is the points. 1 of them is a different color. i may be wrong though. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info guys. The camera made the veneers look blue but they are actualy a dark green. Its a very nice looking cue. Still hoping to find out what it is.

does the joint pin stand out at all

unless i miss my guess, The points are not real even, the finish is kind of pitty or not real smooth and glassy, the wrap is black and white, but is a cotton base not actualy cortland irish linnen. most likely you can unscrew the metal joint by hand because of the cheap glue used,
if so I have come across the same tiwan helmstetter knock offs

The points are a touch uneven, but the joint is solid. The wrap seems ok and finish is decent to. I guess its possible but it seems pretty good to me
