What kind of pin is this?

So, I have this Thomas Wayne cue, and every place I look it says 3/8 10 pin, but when I ordered jp's they didn't fit, So what the hell are they?

That is a flat minor pin, and a regular 3/8x10 jp would need to be bored slightly larger witha .312 drill

The joint protector for the butt should fit loose. For the shafts, definately have to go smaller.
