What Kind of Quick Release Pin is This?

I have seen this type of tapered pin with a ball on the end on several cues. Most being from the East. Quest cues sometimes uses it, I have a Rhino cue with this pin also.

Can anyone tell me what this pin is and if you know anything about Rhino cues I would appreciate it.

I think it's called "Accu loc". It's a pin used in numerous lower price segment cues.

Discontinued pin. It was used for a number of different brands. If I remember correctly, there was some lawsuit about it or something.

This is a Quest cue with similar pin. I researched Accu Loc and it appears to be a different pin.
