I ordered a custom cue from Colorado Cues in Nov. 2002 and was told that the cue would be ready in 3 months. According to Dan Breggin of Colorado Cues payment in full was required for cues under $1000 and I of course paid the full price in advance. Now it's Oct. 2003 and I have lost complete contact with Dan Breggin.
He gave me the run around for 5 months and I was new to ordering custom cues and went along with all the delays. Now it's 11 months later and I can't contact him for JACK !!!! His website in still in operations but when you email you get no reply and when you call you just get a automated answering service that does not even say Colorado Cues anymore. Please help me !!! What can I do to get my money back or a cue....I made the mistake and paid him with a Cashiers Check not having any reason to dis-trust him. Any help would be thankful.
