Depending on maker, the Gabriel's from rail to outside table is around 5 inches enough room for stroking even if right on the rail
My room is 214x240 and there's room for chairs in the corners or other stuff or single chairs in the middle

A lawmower
A table with all my movies and a ball cleaner in each corner of the room and they don't interfere at all
