What time frame 57"-58"?

Is there a time frame that cue makers stopped making cues at 57" and started making them 58"?

i guess it changed from maker to maker but it say mid to late 70's were the end of the 57'' cues. cant recall a cue in the 80's that was standard 57''

ive also had 57,58,and 59'' palmers

IMO the majority of cues made in 1970 were 57" and by 76 the majority were 58".

My Qs have always been made with a 29" shaft & a 28 1/2" butt...JER
