What tip is just short of a phenolic???

I love the WB Water Buffalo on my break cue. I've had it on there for a long time. Great service and long-lasting!

I like the Tiger jump/break tip. It is half very very hard material and half softer gripping like material. I get a lot of speed, but can get action on the cue ball when breaking without miscuing like happens with a phenolic tip.
